Patisserie Angelica

What was your design inspiration?

I wanted to showcase the cheeses but also the artistry of gum paste grapes and leaves. When doesn't cheese play into a celebration - especially where we live (in Northern California). Cypress Grove makes incredible cheeses and the guests will have so much fun with it!

What cheeses did you use?

Humboldt Fog Grande x 2, Humboldt Fog Mini, Truffle Tremor Mini

Any tips or tricks?

Don't do too much! Keep it simple.
