Cypress Grove Chevre Frosting
- 11 oz. (one log) Cypress Grove Fresh Chevre
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- Gel food coloring (optional)
- Bring Chevre, cream cheese and butter to room temperature.
- Place in mixing bowl and beat on medium-high speed for about 4 minutes.
- Reduce speed to low; add confectioner's sugar, half a cup at a time. (If using food coloring: add one drop at a time until desired color is achieved.)
- Spread a thin layer of frosting over the service of the cookie or, using a pastry tip outline your favorite holiday cookie with the frosting. (To fill in the design, add one tablespoon of milk at a time to the frosting to thin and pipe.)
