Brandy Crème Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 pound Cypress Grove Fromage Blanc
- ½ cup Whipped Cream
- 2 tablespoons Brandy (Amaretto or another liqueur can be substituted for Brandy)
Directions
Whip together and refrigerate.
Can be chilled in individual molds.
Serving Suggestions
- Top with a sauce of warmed berries
- Use as a topping for blintzes
- Use as a filling for cakes or sweet breads
- Use as a dressing for fruit salad
