Goat Milk Cheddar
1) Warm a flour tortilla on one side. Turn over and top with
    grated Goat Milk Cheddar and your favorite salsa.
    Heat until warm. Fold and serve. Simple and delicious!
 
2) Spread fresh pesto over a thin, herbed pizza crust. Top
    crust with finely chopped, sauteed vegetables and grated
    Goat Milk Cheddar. Bake until cheese is melted and crust
    is golden brown.
