Cypress Grove is committed to making high quality, delicious cheese, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please remember: cheese is a delicate, perishable product and needs to be treated with love and care! To ensure the quality of your cheese upon delivery, we recommend the following:
Choose a delivery address (home or office) where someone will be present to receive your cheese order.
Immediately remove cheese from the shipping carton and place in a refrigerator.
Please note: All “Ripened Cheeses”, “Firm Cheeses” and “Creamline” cheeses are sold at approximate weights.

At Cypress Grove we handle each order with individual care and attention to ensure that your order is fulfilled and delivered to your satisfaction. For this reason we send each shipment via Federal Express Standard Overnight with a DIRECT signature required for delivery. Although Federal Express will attempt a redelivery if no one is available at your delivery address, additional time in a delivery vehicle may adversely affect the quality of your cheese.

If you have questions or concerns upon receiving your order, please contact our Customer Care Department at 707.825.1100. Our office hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday. If your cheese has been refrigerated and handled properly but you are still unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly offer you a replacement or a refund.
Please note: If you choose to ship using the Federal Express SIGNATURE RELEASE option, Cypress Grove cannot be responsible for the condition of your order.
