Shipping Information

We ship via Federal Express Standard Overnight with a DIRECT signature required for delivery. Shipments arrive to most locations by 3:00 pm. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or P.O. box ZIP codes. Your delivery address must include the complete street address and ZIP code. Please also include a phone number where you may be easily reached between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

At your request and for your flexibility and convenience, we will ship your residential order with a SIGNATURE RELEASE, allowing Federal Express to deliver your order without a signature. Please note: Direct sunlight and inconsistent outdoor temperature will adversely affect the quality of your cheese. Because of these factors, Cypress Grove does not recommend this shipping option. If you choose to ship using the SIGNATURE RELEASE option, Cypress Grove cannot be responsible for the condition of your order. Orders shipped via SIGNATURE RELEASE may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping Schedule

Cypress Grove ships customer orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Because of the care and attention we give to each order, we require 1-2 business days to process your order. Please refer to the schedule below to see when your order will be shipped and delivered. Note: orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day. (For example: an order placed on a Monday holiday will be processed on Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday.)
